What Constitutes Discrimination?
Discrimination can take many forms, including:
- Unfair treatment in work assignments

How to Report Discrimination
Step 1: Document Everything
- Record dates, times, and locations of incidents
- Note names of witnesses
- Save any relevant documents or communications
- Keep a detailed log of events
Step 2: Report the Issue
You have multiple channels to report discrimination:
- Report it to your Union Steward
- File an EEO complaint
- Submit a grievance
Step 3: Know Your Rights
You are protected from retaliation for:

- Supporting another employee’s complaint
